La Vie Hospitality Group has entered a Joint venture with Alliance College Sydney, originally founded in South Australia as Adelaide Hospitality School in 1981. Alliance Collage is the first Nationally Accredited Hospitality School under the Australian Vocational Education and Training system in South Australia. The college provides students with opportunities to develop their skills at the on-site student café, training kitchen and function centre at the centrally located Haymarket campus. As part of the vocational curriculum students take part in external placements ranging from cafes, bars, fine dining restaurants, wineries to 5-star hotels and resorts throughout Australia.

In 2022, after working through some of the most challenging circumstances the industry has experienced, the procurement of FF&E and OS&E for new and existing hotels have become extremely diverse.
